Our good friends in FEED have called it quits. We have been
in the process of getting everything ready to press their record
"Human Engine" on CD along with a Vinyl release on
Thrashed! Records.
But since they have broken up we have decided to release the
record digitally for free. You can download their 4 song EP,

Hey Everyone, Just a quick update from the land of Seafoam Recordings.
Last night was the release show for sfr-004, it was a good time.
Thanks to everyone who made it out. We gave away 85 light blue
copies of the record and I have about 8 left for sale in my

To everyone who preordered the record, I will be packaging them
up tomorrow and shipping them off tuesday morning.

Holy Shit! I haven't updated this thing since the end of November.
Alot has been going on in our neck of the woods. We are proud
to have added A
Kid Named Thompson to our roster. They are putting out a
split 7" with Altus that comes out in Early May. Recorded
and Artwork is all done, we just sent it off to the plant and
now await it's arrival. Preorders will be going up on April
1st. A Kid Named Thompson is fresh off a midwest tour with Altus
and they are playing together this weekend in Abilene, TX with
Mike Herrera's Tumbledown. I promise to keep this site more
updated in the coming months. Since I missed the holidays, Merry
Christmas and a Happy New Year.

SFR-003 - Seems kind of backwards to have our third release
be available before the second. But that's okay with us. Over
the thanskgiving break Altus went in and recorded 2 of their
new songs for a Free Digital EP. It's available through our
site here

There are 2 different versions of this release, we have pressed
200 on classic black vinyl, and 100 on clear vinyl. Along with
the pre-orders we have a Year One Baseball T-shirt, the shirt
will be limited to pre-orders only!
The Baseball T-shirt will ONLY be available in the package deal
if you buy the record. Sorry to all the kids who just want the
shirt of the band and not the music, that's lame.
So head over to our webstore and pick up the new 7" from
Year One!
Also in other Seafoam related news, Dance of Days has been in
the studio this past weekend recording their side of the split!

EXCITING NEWS!!! We are happy to announce we will be doing a
split tape for Dance of Days and Old Iron Sights. Dance of Days
have been good friends of ours for a long time and we are stoked
about this release. Also on top of that Old Iron Sights is our
first out of state band, check them out and add them on myspace.
